Our shipping time is 9-15 working days.

We always try our best to provide you with the best quality leather tack and other equestrian products like blankets and Saddle pads. We also try to create custom made items as per your designs and measurements and also strive to get you the latest equestrian products .If the items are not as described as per your opinion, we will offer a refund or store credit. In most cases this will be minus restocking fee which is USD 29.00 per item or 20% whichever is greater as these are custom made items, although if it was a blatant mistake by us or any genuine quality issue we'll pick up everything or replace the item. Bottom line, we want you happy. Please email us to get the return address. Please do not send to the address printed on the packaging as that is our shippers address and we recommend to use a tracked courier and we are not responsible for any lost and damage products which are sent to that address. For customized items we do not return any item. We are always looking forward to give you the best of products at the best of prices and with the best of hopes that we continue our relations till time abides with your love for Indian Things! However if due to some unforeseen situation you require the return of the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented return.

We regret that our policy forbids return of any customized item or any other item which has been modified as per measurement or customer instructions.

The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only fairly approximate values. Since most of the products have intricate handwork, there may be slight variation in the pictures displayed and the respective actual products. in its unconditional discretion, may deliver a similar/alike/alternate product for reasons or constraints beyond its control.

While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes and differences in computer or mobile screen display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors. A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the item received.

Saddles World firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual tacks or accessories ordered.

We wish to clarify and ascertain that every customer who orders any item from Saddles World is aware of this genuine problem.

The intimation should also be followed by a return of the purchased goods within 48 hours from the time of receipt of products.

You cannot return the goods on the grounds of color choice or handwork for any product, as once you order the product on the site you voluntarily confirm to its color and handwork details.

You are not entitled to return the products over the issue of price or shipment cost as you are already confirming to them when finalizing the order.

The cost of returning the products by express mail/courier (3-5 day delivery mail) has to be borne by the customer.

The products have to be returned in original packaging.

Used products are not eligible for a return.

Money will be returned back once we have received the products in intact position (without any wear and tear) and passed by our Quality Department.
